02Ensure Compliance with Applicable Laws Across All Locations:

Action: Implement Labour Relations policy and uphold commitments guided by the International Bill of Human Rights and ILO Declaration, respecting globally recognized human rights.

03Promote Policies Against Discrimination – Diversity and Equal Opportunities:

Action: Implement policies to prevent discrimination based on various characteristics, actively work towards gender diversity and equality, with a goal to increase female representation in leadership roles.

04Maintain Fair Compensation Across Workforce:

Action: Regularly review wages to meet or surpass local living wage standards, ensuring adherence to national laws on overtime and working hours. Employment contracts include fair notice periods during significant operational changes.

05Integrate Digital Training Across All Workforce:

Action: Invest in a wide range of training opportunities covering technical skills, ethical issues, and human rights awareness. View training and development as essential to success, aligning employee capabilities with organizational objectives.
